A metal channel strip brush is a straight brush whose filament is crimped into a metal channel, used to seal gaps and guide or clean along machine doors, conveyors and covers.

What is a metal channel strip brush?

The filament is held in a folded metal channel that can be cut to length and mounted straight, so the brush seals a gap while still allowing movement past it. It is common on machine doors, conveyor edges and cover openings, where it keeps chips and dust out without the friction of a solid seal.

Filament choice covers polypropylene, nylon, nylon 66 (PA66) and anti-static grades, selected for wear, chemical exposure and static control.

What filament should I choose?

Polypropylene for general use, nylon or PA66 for wear resistance, and anti-static grades where static must be controlled — chosen for your environment and the surface it runs against.

Can it be cut to length?

Yes. The metal channel is supplied to length, and bristle height and density are set for the gap you need to seal.
