Flat type bellows cover
A flat (one-piece) bellows way cover is a folding dust cover fitted over a single machine guideway; it extends and compresses with the spindle to keep chips, oil and moisture off the track.
What is a one-piece bellows way cover?
When machine tools, laser cutters and semiconductor equipment run, the drive rails are constantly exposed to cutting dust, oil and moisture, which reduces spindle accuracy and accelerates wear. The one-piece bellows cover forms a physical barrier over the rail that extends and retracts in sync with the spindle, so the machine keeps smooth, high-precision movement and a longer service life.
Compression size, extension length and cloth material are all customised to the equipment and its operating environment.
