Anti-noise rubber
Anti-noise rubber.
Anti-noise rubber is vibration-damping rubber that reduces machine noise and isolates vibration between components and mounts.
What is anti-noise rubber?
Placed between vibrating parts and their mounts, anti-noise rubber absorbs vibration so less of it turns into radiated noise and less is transmitted into the structure. It is used under motors, pumps and panels to make machines quieter and steadier.
Key points
- Damps vibration and reduces radiated noise
- Isolates vibration between parts and mounts
- Used under motors, pumps and panels
- Grades and shapes to suit the load
- Order typeCustomised / made to drawing
Where does it go?
Between a vibrating component and its mount — for example under a motor, pump or panel — to damp vibration and cut noise.
