Coolant tube with high pressure buckle
Plastic coolant tube with a high-pressure buckle joint.
A high-pressure buckle coolant tube is a modular coolant tube whose segments lock with a buckle clip, giving a secure, leak-resistant joint that holds aim under higher flow and pressure.
What is a buckle-type coolant tube?
The buckle (clip-lock) coolant tube adds a positive locking clip to each joint, so the run stays sealed and aimed even at higher pump pressure where a plain snap joint could creep or weep. It keeps the reconfigurable, hand-adjustable benefit of a modular tube while adding a firmer hold.
It suits machines with stronger coolant delivery or where the nozzle must not drift during a long cut.
Key points
- Locking buckle clip at each joint for a secure, leak-resistant seal
- Holds aim and pressure better than a plain snap joint
- Still hand-adjustable and reconfigurable
- For higher-flow coolant delivery
- Order typeCustomised / made to drawing
When do I need the buckle type?
When coolant pressure is high or the nozzle must not drift during long cuts — the buckle clip locks each joint against creep and leaks.
Is it still adjustable?
Yes. Release the clips to re-aim or reconfigure, then lock them again.
