Engineer plastic coolant tube
Snap-together plastic coolant tube and nozzle sets.
A modular plastic coolant tube is a snap-together delivery pipe built from engineering-plastic ball-joint segments that hold their aim, so coolant is directed exactly where the tool meets the work.
What is a modular coolant tube?
The universal coolant tube is made of segmented ball-and-socket links that click together to any length and hold position under flow. That lets the outlet be aimed at the cutting zone and re-aimed by hand in seconds, then locked simply by tightening the run. Interchangeable nozzles set the delivery shape, from a round jet to a wide fan.
It is oil- and coolant-resistant and comes in a range of bore sizes for small machines up to high-flow applications.
Key features
- Snap-together ball-joint segments that hold their aim under pressure
- Interchangeable nozzles — round jet or wide fan
- Reconfigurable and re-usable; add or remove links to change length
- Oil- and coolant-resistant engineering plastic
- Common bore sizes from 1/8″ and 1/4″ up to 1/2″ and 3/4″
- Order typeCustomised / made to drawing
Can I re-aim it without tools?
Yes. The ball-joint links hold position under flow but move by hand, so the nozzle can be re-aimed at the cutting zone in seconds.
Can I change the spray pattern?
Yes — swap the nozzle for a round jet or a wide fan, and add a valve to throttle or shut off the flow.
What bore sizes are available?
A full range from small 1/8" and 1/4" systems up to 1/2", 3/4" and larger for high-flow machines. Tell us the flow and mounting and we match it.
