Bellow type rubber cover
Flat rubber cover, made to drawing.
A flat type rubber cover is an oil-resistant flat rubber sheet cover for machine ways, cut and edged to the dimensions and environment you supply.
What is a flat rubber cover?
Where a folded bellows is not needed, a flat oil-resistant rubber cover lays over a guideway or opening to keep chips, oil and coolant off the surface below. It is a simple, hard-wearing solution for flat areas and can carry reinforced metal edges for a secure, vibration-resistant mount.
Rubber grade, thickness and edge fixing are chosen for the temperature, chemicals and movement of the application.

How is it different from a bellows rubber cover?
The flat cover is a plain oil-resistant rubber sheet for flat areas; the bellows type folds to follow a moving axis. Choose flat where the surface does not need to compress and extend.
Can it have fixing holes or metal edges?
Yes — we can add reinforced metal edge frames and fixing holes so it mounts securely and resists vibration.
